We believe in full diversity within Milestone, our programs and society at large, in terms of disability, race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation and religion.
We believe in personal commitment and action to shape the future of ROSP and the independent Living Movement.
We believe in a work environment characterized by mutual respect, open communication, and team work. We believe in persons with disabilities taking a role in the policy and political decisions that impact their lives.

Broad Objectives

Following are the broad objectives of ROSP Welfare Foundation:

To raise the morale and confidence of persons with disabilities

To sensitize the community on a whole about persons with disabilities and promote equality

To create employment opportunities by lobbying the private and public sectors to make PwDs financially independent

To research and keep statistics on the issues of the persons with disability .

To establish an Independent Living Center for persons with disability to provide rehabilitation, specialized and technical education, and vocational training to make them contributing and honorable citizens

To assist PwDs in bringing their hidden potentials to the surface by providing career guidance

To help parents of PwDs by educating them on various aspects of the disability of their child

To create opportunity for social and cultural activities for mainstreaming of PwDs talent

To encourage sports and games of the PwDs.

To create a culture of volunteerism to cultivate support for the people with disabilities

To provide medical facilities

To work at national and international levels to achieve the objectives of UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
